The song titled "The Eleventh of September" was written by a fellow American, Renee Lynn Martinelli of San Antonio, TX as a memorial tribute to the innocent victims who lost their lives from the attack of the Twin Towers of 9-11.

Renee wrote the song and poem to share her heartfelt sentiments and to capture the nation's feelings and reactions to the horrrific tragedy of that fateful day.

the song was written to remember and honor all the 9-11 victims and their families and loved ones who are still victims today.

the song was written to honor our hereos; as well as every American, for the way we united as a nation to do everything possible to help the victims of Sept. 11, 2001.

The song was most importantly written to fulfill the promise made by every American on that day and echoed to all future generations, "WE WILL NEVER FORGET"
