A stylized sketch from an Alejandro still at about 7:05 in the music video. Took about 1 hour to complete. I used primarily a hard charcoal pencil but I also use a tortillon to scrape off some charcoal to do fine details like teeth and shadowing on the eye and tear duct. The q-tip is used to get rid of the charcoal's natural texture, not as a substitute to learning how to actually shade!
