Tom and Nancy Dowd put together this video from activities at Washington Crossing and Trenton. The festivities began with Washington and his troops crossing the Delaware on Christmas and ended with the second battle of Trenton. It has been said that Cornwallis admitted it was this battle that lost the war for Britain. Trenton hosted a fantastic Patriot's Week that included Thomas Jefferson reading the Declaration of Independence, a colonial ball, exhibits, walking tours and a free bus tour following the rebels' route from Washington Crossing to Trenton. Great event!

  • @jamesmanortiz Peace :3

  • @jamesmanortiz just accord to me that you may not have any idea what im talking about, so ill clarify the history, Scottish highlanders burned the White House down in the War of 1812, This video is American Revolution, so i suggest go reading a book on the battle of bunker hill ;-) LOL

  • @jamesmanortiz yes i am smart enough to know that England is part of the United Kingdom, and so also is Scotland, which explains why Scottish Highlanders burned the White House. So like i said, The United States was at war with the United Kingdom. and btw "If you so smart..." it should be "If YOU"RE so smart......" ;-)

  • @Aves01 last i remembered, it was America fighting against the United Kingdom... If you smart, you would know that the England is a part of the United Kingdom, not all of the United Kingdom.

and no i am not from the United Kingdom... I'm trying to clarify this.

  • @LolFishFail thank you! people always call England, Britain... Although I am American, it pisses me off.

USA and Great Britain = Awesomeness

  • @helgarhead

You dont know how right you are.

  • @helgarhead And we both gotta get rid of those damn Muslim scum!

  • @helgarhead I agree. We are brothers and sisters...the US and England.

    Love from the US.......XXXOOO

  • @Rentaghost76 We should start learning polish in that case, lol
