Silly Internet kids keep screaming travel. If you don't hold the ball its not a travel. Doesn't matter how many steps you take with the ball off the ground. Just as long as you don't grab hold of it. He holds it before his last 2 steps. Even if you made the case that he didn't jump stop, which he did, still not travel. The 2nd to last foot planted would count as the pivot foot.
