Awesome videos!

Thanks tkojams!
I guess just like playing a violin, playing a fretless bass takes a lot of practice!

Thanks Nicolas!
I used medium viscosity CA glue. The side dots are aluminum, I like the way it glows.'
After I shoved the aluminum into the hole filled with CA I shot it with accelerator to speed up the glue's cure time.

Incredible Freddy, that maple looked outstanding, and your irk as always impeccable.!
Hey what was that liquid you dropped just after putting in the side dot?
Thanks.

Optical illusion or is the neck not properly aligned? Is the G string is closer to the fingerboard border than the E string? Sorry about my English, I'm Brazilian. I also would like to say that i really love your videos, i learn a lot daily with them, congratulations and thank you!

@aa22889 You are correct, but it's not the neck out of line, it was the bridge that was knocked out of position. When Rich first picked it up and started playing and the camera was rolling I noticed it but did'nt have the heart to stop him and adjust it. I adjusted it right after the camera turned off.

Great video.
So how long did that take you?
2CoffeesPlease 1 month ago
@2CoffeesPlease I wasn't keeping strict time with a stopwatch or anything. But from start to finish including cutting the nut and setting up the bass it was around 11 hours....and that includes the time to set up camera angles for each operation, so in reality it would have been less.

I'm jealous, Freddie. You have an awful lot of cast iron in that shop! ...Oh, and great job.
