@Tarcisiobossi, They already use a serum created from people who receive the pre-exposure vaccine since their blood contains antibodies. The serum is given right after a person is bitten during the 3-4 week vaccine treatment, before symptoms appear. The serum called HRIG has been used to treat patients that already have symptoms, but it actually ends up killing the patient more quickly.
