  • Canned bean sprouts? Salami? So much grease. Maybe it should be blotted a bit before going on the plate? Egg-Foo Yung like...maybe. Not your best recipe... It also cracks me up to see someone of Asian decent speak with a southern drawl. Definitely worth the price of admission! I do like most of your other stuff...just not this one.

  • @arizona2601 try peanut oil , its alot better...less oily! good luck.

  • I never knew (or maybe just didn't want to think about) how much oil is needed to make egg foo young. The dish is tasty, but I think I will avoid it if I can.
