Located along a segment of the Pacific Crest Trail that crosses the Obsidian Cliffs upper plateau, this waterfall is fed by nearby perennial springs. The plateau is a prehistoric source of obsidian and artifacts from this source have been found throughout Oregon and Washington and as far north as British Columbia, Canada.
