Beautiful song included on the album "Big Thing" from 1988. I just felt like playing a bit with some old Duran Duran footage and create something different.

  • I miss Andy too. Both he and Warren were incredible. I saw an interview with Simon where he said he would like Andy back too...and it was fairly recent...but he said Andy would have to change..whatever that means. I like Dom but the others had the magic in my opinion.

  • @robfiore1

My thoughts exactly. Maybe Andy will come back again, one day. Or Warren!

    Who knows?

  • Great video for a great song. Nice job! Great interpretation. Fogot how great this song was. Thanks. Still miss Warren though.

Thanks for the nice comment. It is indeed a great song. DD has lots of great songs to work with for someone like me who loves to do these videos.

I also liked Warren. I think he gave a lot to DD, no doubt about it. A great guitar player.

But my favourite still is Andy.

The 80's will always be cool... :-)

I feel blessed to have lived that decade as a teenager and a music lover.

So many great artists and so many great and classic songs...

Undeniably the most prolific music decade ever!

  • @Reborninoktober Plus they have that godfathers of new romantic thing, the source thing, and 80's is cool now, like the 60's was when I was young. But yes, great songs still, and cool jackets! They have endured. I like Simon's beared look. : )

  • @brightphoebus

Yup... They always manage to captivate new fans. I guess it's one of the reasons they still endure. Their music is still good and appealing.

  • @Reborninoktober I was glad though, to also see a number of teenagers there, Duran cool in the next generation. : )

  • @brightphoebus

I saw them live in 2005 here in Portugal and you could still find some retro dressed men and women in the crowd, so many years after the new wave thing. You're right, it's funny... :-)
