  • if your going to do partials you have to atleast lift it up a total of 4 inches

  • Don't know where you put your glasses mate but that bar is moving an absolute minimum of 6"! it is also bending with the weight so my arms are probably moving 7" or 8"!

    Look at the holes in my rack - they are 3" centres - the top of the plates move at least 2 holes - work it out.

    thats a solid pull! Sure its a high rack pull (and i love high rack pulls) but lets see anyone whos talking shit pull more from the same height..................it wont happen.

  • @sweetcheaks2 i know they help i was an asshole back then when i commented plus hardly knew shit about lifting, lockouts are awesome when it comes to increasing strength on deadlifts , plus deficits are great too :)
