You can do but not from good ones inclean water and are fresh, also your stomach acid will help kill the microbes etc. Just be wary if they come from areas with lots of heavy metals in the water.

Thanks for the video it helped. But the truth is I just used some old kitchen utensils that I had lying around to shuck mine, for the first time too!
