Nice work in this video. The fact that creationists are spamming your comments with these already refuted claims shows that you struck a nerve. I especially like how buzzeyed starts right in on his ignorant claims that the sun is shrinking. Then he goes into how people did live to be 1000 because it is recorded in their history. Just like how old stories prove that trolls once existed.

It is nice to see that even a young person can destroy creationism just by looking at the evidence.

@calomie I myself wouldn't have worded it that way. I would have said the list of names in Matthew and Luke aid with getting to the bottom of this dating thing. Archbishop Ussher when he made his chronology used the Bible as well as other historical material that all seemed to corroborate the scriptures so well as if a Divine hand was at work behind history. Even still, if you believed the earth to be much older than 6000 years this way, it still would not come close to giving 4.6 billion yrs.

I'm interested in the claim that science clearly proves the age of the Earth. What research have you done to support this assertion? Have you personally worked the equations involved? Do you know the assumptions used to calculate the age? Do you understand that if you have to use assumptions then you can't use the word proof?

@alvinl1957 Oh, so the scientists made up their proof, but the people who created the bible couldnt have done anything of that nature. Of course, science can be proven by experiment, but the fables in the bible has never be proven to be true, thus can be assumed false until proven otherwise. Thank you, come again. The bible has no "proof", science does. I'm sorry that you have spent your entire life believing in something that is false.
