the fact all clubs use the pioneer cdj set up pretty much backs your statement up, pioneer are the best by far!! id never touch a denon cdj if it was thrown at me! im a pioneer bum haha

Quick question, I've never used cdj 1000 only the 900's, but do the 1000's give you the bpm of a track from a cd you put in without using sd cards?

yes because you can mix two tracks at the same time.
it's still pretty cool to have one, but you will have way less options.
