12001 Bhopal Shatabdi with a WAG-7 !! GZB WAP5 30032 failed enroute.

12001 Bhopal Shatabdi overtook 11057 Dadar-Amritsar Express @ GulabGanj hauled by NKJ WAG7 # 28034 in WAP4 Shell. Shatabdi's original loco GZB WAP5 # 30032 encountered a problem @ Dewanganj. 11057 was also stopped at Dewanganj outer for 45 mins.
As soon as the problematic WAP5 was put on the siding line with the help of a WAG5, 11057 was given the signal to overtake 12001 Shatabdi through Loop Line. Finally at GulabGanj 12001 overtook 11057.
11057 was hauled by GZB WAP7 # 30224 that day so i wonder why didnt they used WAP7 for the shatabdi...11057 could very well have managed with a WAG7 :-p

But in most of the cases , they do what they think is right and not what is right....

@akanitkar1078 WAP-5 # 30032 failed that day, its better to assign any available loco near that spot, i am sure Railway authorities must have changed this WAG-7 to atleast a WAP-4 at Jhansi!
