yes, on the video your watchnig in the bottom right hand corner there should be a little arrow pointing up, hover over it and then click the option above cc, this will turn them on or off. Hope this helps

i cant use it. . it say your java script is turn off your BTW my flash player are new version)can i setting it back and how tp turn the script back?

There are quite a few copyright-free tunes that youtube allows you to add to your video. All you have to do is find them..... .........
