Wendy Waldman - The Wind In New York City

I have two Wendy Waldman albums, "Strange Company" and "Letters Home", both excellent examples of tuneful, intelligent, thoughtful singer-songwriter craft. Wendy's a true treasure. I recommend anyone that is a fan of artists like Linda Ronstadt, Carly Simon, Karla Bonoff, etc, to get her material -- asap. You'll be richly rewarded.

Thanks for uploading this haunting, sweet song! I have been trying to find this as my vinyl is in a box packed away. The group of artists who worked together at this time such as the artists above left an indelible impression on me as a teen. Yes, I bought the record just for this song and fell in love with her work. =) Peace
