  • A red up arrow but not a red down arrow?! Why is that?

  • Maybe the main floor uses red indicators, but the other floors use white.

  • And it sounds more pleasing than the shrill Dover buzz.

  • I like the "cricket" BUZZ better than the "Whine" or "Dog Whistle"

  • So do I.

  • Yes, but a green up arrow and red down arrow would be a lot more interesting on a Dover Impulse lantern.

  • Not buzzes, but a beep.

  • You should call him Nicholas.

  • A RED up arrow?!?

  • Apparently, the certificates in Texas do not show the speed, brand, and capacity for the elevator. They just show inspection codes, elevator type, and inspector/owner contact numbers.
