@danzbmw Don't you mean DINO?

@SpainishArcher This was recorded in 1968 before he re-joined QMS in 1969-70, he had founded QMS then did some jail time for a bullshit pot bust, recorded this solo album and then got back with QMS and the rest is great rock n' roll history.

This recording got a lot of airplay on KMET.

i love the crackle of the record player on this. Although i know this audio is nowhere close to a vinyls' clarity, that just makes it feel so much better. Absolutely brilliant song!
-
He hits me like Tim Buckley and "Pleasant Street" big talent lost too young.

I am amazed!Why have I never heard this before now? I can't even tell you what I felt, I cried , I thanked God, and iIfelt like it was for me today!

I knew Dino Powers in his later life up in Santa Rosa when he lived on Avalon Ave Great songwriter always a sweet spirit! Joli his son used to have a voice just as good OR better I only hope he can tap into his talent and being it to where I used to be Heard it as he played renting my family house on Todd RD Look for big things from Joli Valenti in the future
This song is one of the most powerful songs that has ever entered my life.
