Truth is that not many women are into trance - its progressions, intensity, relentlessness and (usually) its lack of vocals appeal to the pattern-oriented male brain but turn women off in their droves. Women generally prefer fun pop/house music that they can dance and sing along to with their friends. With trance, there's the individual and there's the crowd, but not much in between. So women who are into trance = very precious, and women who actually MAKE trance = cherished diamonds. Go Soph!
