this is amazing!!! IT"S AWESOME!!! i have been working out ever since i can remember, so this stuff isn't TOO hard for me to pick up compared to others. But it is hard trying to train people who maybe never even try to use their upper body strength. It's like turning normal people into super soldiers. im so glad a place like this exists. Maybe i'll get to use facilities like this one day.
