GUYS IF THIS DONT WORK AN ALTERNATIVE IS: JAILBRAKING THE ITOUCH AND THEN RESTORING(WORKED FOR ME) . (IF YOU HAVE THE PROBLEM OF THE ITOUCH NOT BEING RECONISED IN ITUNES...SWITCH USB PORTS)

LOCAL SETTINGS
APPLICATION DATA
AND APPLE AND APPLE COMPUTER SHOULD BE THERE! I DIDNT SEE A RESTORE THING ON IT BUT YOU NEED TO DELETE THOSE 2 FILES AND IT SHOULD WORK! THUMBS THIS UP SO PEOPLE CAN SEE!
