Fairytale Fights Gameplay Video 1

A taste of what is to come in Fairytale Fights. The worlds are built on the UT3 engine, but it is used in an entirely different way. I like how misleading the game is. The backgrounds would have you thinking that this is a run of the mill kids game, but it is actually an over the top hack and slash action game. They missed the part where they show the dynamic killing system. Each time you kill an enemy with a sharp weapon, they will be cut in a different way. It is absolutely amazing and I'm not sure why it wasn't shown here.

Is it true that the controls suck for this game? I read that you use the right analog stick for attacking?!! Can u use the other buttons at all? Gamespot gave it a 3 out of 10. Personally I like platformers like LBP or FP (because of the multiplayer). Is this game comparable to any of those games?

It's unfortunately true. The fighting is all on the right analog. Block and jump are other buttons. The multiplayer is decent because you can die infinitely so mixing the fight in with enemies and friends is fun. Solo play is a bit dry.

looks a bit shit. Yeah i know its a kids game with a twist, but thats it! There's no depth or excitement. It seems very repetitive and boring to be honest, and i think its going to be forgotten very quickly. I will not be downloading this xbox 360 game any time soon even though it doesn't cost me a thing!

That's pretty bold to imply that you pirate games. Why would a publisher care if a mooch likes you downloads their game for free. They're interested in the genuine purchases from consumers. If those consumers are dissastisfied, then there's a problem.

I bought this game last night with 3 of my room mates. It was actually a lot of fun. Great game!

It's a cute game mixed with blood and knifes.

That's a kind of game I've been looking for in my whole life.
