@broshco As a roast its truly devine! Mine was stuffed with various vegetables the slow roasted on a spit fire. It took the gardener to kill it because one look of those eyes made you wanna go vegan! Best meal in Asia yet. My kids sometimes call me hippo killer! By the way back then that meal cost me $450 for the hippo roast alone.
