how to make sharingan on photoshop

hey guys thx for the video but i've one question... about 1 min he "pushed" the eye behind the eyelid!!! but how he can do it? can someone post me the answer or write me a massage ;) thx

you have to go to the layer section then choose overlay or if u want u can also white out the whole eye then put the sharingan or w/e kind of eye then chnage the layer to darken

u see the box that has all ur layers? at the top it says normal when u just started photohop, u have to chnage it 2 overlay

how do u make the file a small window? mine shows in a whole document so i can put the eye and the sharingan pics in the same area
