  • I appreciate your work but I wish you had not smoked while making this video. Active Smoking is clearly related to placental ischemia ( reduced oxygen supply to Baby in mother's womb) and can predispose to Cerebral Palsy in itself. Passive smoking is what you may be doing to a pregnant female around you.

  • @inayashaikh I only smoke alone

  • So my question is: my one child has cord blood saved with CBR and I have registered for the one due soon. I have a 22 years old brother with Cerebral Palsy. Are they doing any research for cord blood use on blood relatives?

  • @inayashaikh I am sorry to say that I am not at all sure..If you find out anyththing ,please be sure and post it here.BTW ,you are wise to save the cord blood Great forward thinking on your part.

  • Thank you so much for your video. Do you know you made us search a treatment for my sister?. I'm searching a cure for my sister who has Cerebral Palsy. Thank you so much for your video.

  • @yoshithae God Bless you and yours. I pray that yall find the help your sister needs...

  • @inayashaikh I contacted Dr Kurtzberg, head of the study at Duke, and she said they're only using the patient's own cord blood at this time. That might change after more studies are done, but it's not now. My son is 5 and has an extremely mild form of CP (he walks, runs, etc.) but I may have considered stem cell therapy if I hadn't donated his cord blood at birth.

  • @Weezie63: thank you. God bless you too. Because of people like you, people are happier.

I wish you the best in every manner.

    Regards.
