Yes it can, if the opponent pressed any button before the ultra than it will land, or do the Super Demon instead and it will definetely land

Alright, I understand what you mean. Do this, go to DarkSydePhil`s video tutorials and get literally basics down. Then, play a lot of matches with I`d suggest Sagat or Blanka. You`ll eventually be an average player. Add me on PSN, we can play together. My PSN id is Tagrawr

......i try but i find spammers on ps3.i cannot do any of the shit i learned on training mode.and as always i get my ass handed to me.if its not spammers its pros tricking you so they can set you up for combos.

Keep playing bro, I sucked shit when I got the game and thought I'd never be good. I'm not good still but I can do much better than a lot of the matches I play and beat. I never did that in the beginning. So keep playing and over time you get better.
