This is a test for anterior laxity in the shoulder. Other than the Load and Shift Test, the humerus is in a more maximally loose packed position.

    I thank you for your comment, but could you specify your post? In what option is this presentation wrong? If you want to test the anterior capsule, you bring the glenohumeral joint in a position where you expect the most slack (maximally loose packed position). This is approximately gained by leaning the patient forward. From this position you slide the humeral head forward to test the capsule.

  • @GeertJeuring sorrry I was just have a bad, frustrating day the day I commented this video. This video just threw me off a bit with the way the hands were positioned. I got it all figured out though, sorry for being such a grump!
