She is amazing..she speaks the truth LEAVE YOUR HAIR ALONE=)..my advice is to get a nice moisturizing shampoo/conditioner to keep moisture in your hair. keep ur ends clip when needed,oil scalp/hair AS NEEDED bottom line is to keep your hair moistuirize=) Just listen to your hair.

Great advice. I need to watch this video again before i go to beauty supply store. I definitely mess with my hair more since the hair journey. I will try to break free and just let the hair be. Thanks

when i leave my hair alone it breaks from the growth and tangles because it is relaxed. All the relaxed part of hair on the back broke when i was not combing it. But I understand she means. I will definately try your methods and hopefully my hair will improve. Thanks.

I recently started using coconut oil and my hair is breaking quite a lot... i don't know what to do.. do you have advise on what i should do??? i really want my hair to stay in my head. I relaxed in early March and i can already see some new growth, but right now there is just way too much hair on my comb...

first thing i would like to say is i absolutely <3 ur videos..im thinking about doing a journey to hair growth n about two weeks (after i take my leave out..lol) im addicted to weaves which is a major problem but as of 2 wks from now i will b dedicated to growing my hair healthier and longer.My hair is currently right at my sholders and my edges are broken off due to glue and plats..also my hair is ver course and dry and the shampoos usually make it feel rough and dry..and suggestions? thx
