GTA IV: TLAD: Clothes Shop

[GT: DJ SX50]

Hey I'm back with some GTA IV: TLAD, and should of done this ages ago. Apparently theres a glitch in the game where a clothes shop you can go to, but it is un-accessable. Its location is in Hove Beach, the Russian Shop where Niko can get clothes at the beginning of the game. Oddly enough I went around in TLAD to see if I could change my clothes when I came to the Russian Shop, the icon appeared. Even though I can get there by Taxi, and its labelled as "Clothes Shop" I can't access it.
