Here's my Standard Gauge under-the-Christmas-Tree layout for this year. The train is my American Flyer 4692 and freight cars. The accessories are, from start to finish: Lionel 45N Prewar Gateman, Lionel 78 traffic signal, Lionel 155 Freight shed, Ives 114 passenger station, and a Lionel 191 villa. The cars and trucks are modern diecast replicas, the people are a mix of vintage Barclay, and a few modern cast resin made for "G" gauge use. There are a few cast iron antique toys such as the ladder on the freight shed, the farmer on a tractor and the cannon. I lighted the Ives station, even though they did not. The music is the song "Faeries" from the Mannheim Steamroller CD "Christmas Wonderland".
Nice layout. It looks like the large Ives station is illuminated. How's that? I thought they were completely lithographed with no lighting. Just curious

I mounted two modern Lionel street lamps to wooden blocks that press fitted into the station, and I lightly silicone sealed two of the same lights under the eves. I do not permanently alter vintage accessories. Glad you noticed!
