Liara, with the Big Bang Theory reference!
"If I am permitted to speak again, Doctor Sheldon Cooper, for the win."
-
@xmikeyxlikesitx I've been thinking Mila Kunis would be perfect to play Ashley in the mass effect movie.

Honestly, I don't buy that Liara cares about Shepard. I think she just wants to get laid with him. That's why I chose Ashley. She was more sincere.
-
@xmikeyxlikesitx I heard this all before, If you're looking for a debate go somewhere else. I don't need to explain anything else to you. I wasn't even talking to you from the start. And I like how you ignored some of the other points I made.

@xmikeyxlikesitx And justifying Ashley as simply being a jealous human doesn't make sense if Shepard's a female, Ashley snaps, "Who put you in charge? Did the commander resign when I wasn't looking?" to Liara, regardless. So unless you're going to argue that Ashley is a bisexual fiend, then jealousy doesn't apply, even if you try to argue the original bisexual romance options.

@mamobster1500 Firstly, when someone states they "believe in God", no one is going to say, "OF COURSE! SHE'S A MUSLIM!" - it's specifically Christianity - not Paganism, not Islam, not Hinduism. She's xenophobic, not xenocidal. Xenophobia is "the fear and distrust of other species." Xenocidism would describe Cerberus - killing other species without remorse. "Racism" in etymologic form, applies to "races", not "species", but people use it improperly.
-
@xmikeyxlikesitx If she was xenophobic, she wouldnt have volunteered to help those salarians on virmire. She expresses distrust but continues to work with the crew and follow orders. She hates Cerberus and terra firma.. You know the REAL pro human xenophobes. She admired the destiny ascension and citadel when first arriving there. Did i mention you could also talk her into being more trusting? Also, even BIOWARE Writers have stated shes not racist.. Her lines are actualy explained.
-
@xmikeyxlikesitx I didnt even reply to you lol. I like how you felt the need to write those paragraphs. You just made yourself sounds stupid anyway. Ashley's religon is never specified. She just believes in god. Again with the xenophobic crap. Sometimes I wonder if people actually took the time to talk to her or if they're just saying that because most people believe that. I'm guessing she was rude to liara out of jealousy. You know.. like most humans do when they get jealous.
-
@mamobster1500 Liara was never once rude toward Ashley, never condescending, yet Ashley makes it a point to be rude as fuck toward Liara. Ashley is a xenophobic Christian hypocritical bitch. The BioWare staff did an excellent job at creating a hateable character, but she is just an amalgam of digital bits with a voice like Mila Kunis.

@mamobster1500 You're right. She's a xenophobe. Ashley claims to believe in "God", the creator of all the creatures in the universe, by that thought - so she should respect every species, not just humanity. Because of her grandfather, she should be hostile toward Garrus the most, but she isn't - she's hostile toward Liara, just because Liara poses the most "female of a threat" in regards to male Shepard. Ashley is a trope on Christian hypocrisy and female bitchiness.
All the ladies love Baked Potato Shepard
