@GymnastxLove That is because that was never meant to be a "prance" or "march" after the round off. In the book it states that they are supposed to take "2-4 running steps" after the round off. It shouldn't look like they are doing anything but running out of it. It is supposed to be turned over so well that they have to run out of it. Know what I mean? Do a good round off and really turn it over and you'll see what I mean. It is supposed to prepare them to tumble out of it. Watch Izzy

Just wondering, when I help coach the level 3's at Top Flight they are all taught to do about 3 little runs/steps after the round-off but I've seen none of your girls do that...on purpose. But they have just as good scores, is it just a matter of coaching preference?
