Right!! He's old enough to take someones life and have his own life taken but he's not old enough to decide if he wants a cigarette. Sounds like a bunch of shit to me. Same thing with say an 18 year old soldier who just got back from Iraq. He can't go into a store and buy a beer cause he's not old enough but he's old enough to be handed a gun and told to kill.
