There are no rules stating the foot needs to be dragged only that at least one will be in contact with the ground during delivery. Definitely not illegal pitches. Excellent delivery by a talented young pitcher. Best wishes to her and her team.

Its called going up to the plate with a plan. If you know she is going to throw the change up once probably twice an at bat why not wait for that pitch and drive it over the fence......former college 2 time first team all american

@suniga101 Because she has a fastball, riseball, curve, screw ball.and drop. they don't know when she going to throw it and at any time even with 3 balls. she throw's it with the same arm speed as her fast ball. She makes it look like she throwing her fast ball.

Im in Baha ASA and Im my leagues best pitcher but im workinq on my change up im not that accurate with it but not to be mean, im just being honest, i think she only uses change up because its the one shes most accurate with and she knows that thats the only seme that she can use to strike those girls out. So She isnt doing nothing special.

She also throughs rise,cruve,screw,drop,and a fastball. that is why the change works so well. A good change up make your other pitches work because they have to think about it.

I just got to mastering my change up, I am a very tiny 12 year old, she is really good, I am my leagues best pitcher,

Keep working on it. a good change up make your fast ball look faster because they have think about it. Remember that you have make it look like you're throwing your fast ball but then it comes out slower.
