On an otherwise dead band the low power transmitter of Antennablu in Genoa appeared on 47MHz. The TV card was in free run mode and I wasn't quick enough to lock onto it before it faded. Signal strength was low as can be seen, in fact no locked picture was visable on the television. Audio is the characteristic unstable video carrier. What makes this reception unusual is it normally requires strong Es and a short path before I receive it, then it is buried under TLA.
