Funny there wasn't anyone to tell that she could have been "proper one" instead of -ty. But no point stopping writing lyrics due to one mistake since apparently no-one knew better.

The text is english at it's worst! But the coming greatness of Benny is evident. All Hepstars fame and glory in later years was because of this young - 19 when he wrote his first songs! - melodic genius. Hep Stars songs was Benny. Abbas music was Benny. Period. He is up there with Lynne and McCartney when it comes to harmony.
