@Juggler1097 I have a set of those in the exact same color.

Dude... I have never publicly admitted this.... but..... I have worked on 5b for almost 2 years and i suck at it.. Me of all people (5bJuggla). I have noticed lots in these 2 years... timing between left and right (not a prob for you). Getting both hands to drop to the same level (again.. not a prob for you). And height of the throws... Again no prob for you.
I guess what im saying is that your OK... Everything looks fine... MadJuggler is right about working on something even harder...

Forget about worrying about your 5 and work on your 7. A larger cascade always strengthens the one's below them. Your pattern looks great dude. You got it. Working on your 7 will slow your 5 considerably. Nice job.

@Juggler1097 I did notice in the process of my exercise that my average runs got higher. All the numbers are in the description of the video response and as you can see the average gets higher over time.
The only runs that throw my average down I consider "bad luck runs" either I get a bad start or I am fatigued from a long run, but overall, I can bust out a clean 100+ catch run with ease now if that is the only thing I am doing.
Working on endurance works on consistency IMO

@Juggler1097 If you want to get the consistency down IMO, you can modify it for something similar and really focus on technique. Have someone tape your elbows to your side so you can't move them at all while you are juggling.

Looks good! It does not appear you are doing anything "wrong"... I suppose you just need to give it more time. I think it took about 2 years for me to really feel totally solid with 5 ball cascade, and still I usually drop after about 3 minutes in endurance runs. It looks like you are a little tense in your chest, shoulders, and neck while you juggle. Maybe try to relax a bit? That's about the only advice I can think of, but really your pattern looks good! Just keep on juggling!
If your personal best is over 800 catches then I would recommend you start working on a lot of 5 ball siteswaps, this seemed to help me "solidfy" my 5 balls and made my 5 feel like 4. By the way, are those homemade Russians?

@aaronthejuggler Thanks for the tip, I'll give that a try. Also, no, those are Ferman's Russians.

I will also send you a PM of some advice that Sam Hartford gave me when I posted my videos.

@TABjuggler Thanks for all the advice! I really appreciate it; however, at this point, I'm focusing more on consistency than on endurance runs with 5. I've gotten a personal high of about 825 catches, but that was a month or two ago. I'd rather be able to run 5 close to perfectly for a short time than for a long time sloppily, which is probably what would happen if I tried more than 100 catches at this point. Anyway, thanks again for the advice, happy juggling, and God bless!
