Funny Ski Video!!

One of the things that we're very passionate about here at Human Being Curious is... Skiing! Now we're not experts at skiing, or anything like that. We just love to ski! Between Steph and I, we've been to over 50 different ski areas all over the US and Canada, and we're always looking for great new (new to us anyways) places to ski.

This video is all the best clips from the 2005 ski season, from great runs to hilarious crashes, featuring me and Steph, and our friends, Joey and Jamen. I put this together as a reminder of how much fun skiing is. If you've never been snow skiing before, you have to go! To us, skiing is just about the most fun a human being can have. We dedicate much of our time each year to going skiing. The stunning beauty of the mountains, combined with the thrill of skiing makes for an extremely addicting combination.

All of this footage was taken in New Mexico. We spent our time last year at three ski areas, Taos, Santa Fe, and Pajarito. Taos is a great resort if you're a skier, but they're one of the few resorts left that doesn't allow snowboarders. Santa Fe is an awesome little gem of an area that has lots of great terrain that most people don't know about, so you can almost always find fresh snow. Pajarito is my home mountain. It's a tiny little mountain that has amazing skiing, and no lift lines. Not many people know about Pajarito, so if you want to ski some great runs and never have to wait in line, that's the place to go.

So enjoy the video; I hope it motivates you to get out on the mountain this year. If you don't get out this year, you'll just be another year older when you do! The music is by a great band out of Phoenix called Pollen. I hope they don't mind that I used one of their songs.
