This video shows myself shooting a bow and arrow at 60 yards at a deer target. The arrows are guided by FOB's and have Slick Trick broadheads for tips.
I love my fobs. They are without question the most durable fletch I have ever shot. I've been shooting them for a year now, I have never had one break or fail in any way. However, I was shooting muzzy mx4 broadheads before season opened. The flight was too irratic. I switched to expandables and my accuracy had never been better. The only downside I have found is that they can't spin the mass of a full size broad head. But if micros and expandables have a better cutting radius, who needs them?
Those arrows are noisy as hell! I can hear them on the video! I'll stick to my blazers too, I use the Slick Trick 125 Magnums and the blazers give me the same groupings with my Slick Tricks at 60 yards as my field points, which is about 2 inch groups. However, my bow is very well tuned.
theyr the (replacement and perfection of traditional fletching )according to them ... iv never shot them but a lot of people complain about them breaking ....and advantage i guess is ...straighter arrow flight . therefore better grouping ...accuracy ... but i dont know ...ill stick to my good ol plastic 4 inch vanes ...oh and blazers .. theyr good 2.
are you freaking kidding me? Lighted nocks have ABSOLUTELY NO CONNECTION with fob's. And fob's probably fell of your arrow because you can only use a drop-away rest with fobs.
I purchased fobs and I hate them not craked up to what they are suspose to be!! I shoot just as good with my 4" vains. waste of money, oh yeah I have a 5" group at 40 yards with my 4" vains and bobs also
