A stellar rendition of "The Quiet One", written and sung by John Entwistle, with a blistering solo from Pete Townshend.

  • Psychoderelict has some good songs on it, but it is not a very solid album, over all. All the dialogue is simply too irritating, and it drowns out the good songs.

  • The "music only" version of Psychoderelict is fantastic.

  • Is this from the 2nd night of Shea Stadium ?

  • According to my Face Dances reissue liner notes, yes it is.

  • Better quality clip, please!

  • That's as good as it gets. Be happy the sound is good and the performance is sensational.

  • Rocks greatest bassist. Back in the day that Schlitz rocked America.

  • I miss you, John.

  • Pete looks ridiculous ...like an over-aged punk rocker...no wonder they stopped touring after this..they needed a break, as Pete said they never properly grieved for the tremendous loss they suffered when Moonie passed... here's to Keith & John..

  • Bit better, with 'Barry' doing the singing: youtube.com/watch?v=4PpnU6DYH70

  • @texs2007 Not quite. The cd(s) have most of the songs. The songs that are not on the cd/dvd set are on the 1997 re-issue of "It's Hard"

  • @JesseTheRef does the DVD contain the full track list (including "5.15",which was one of two or three not listed on the VHS?)

  • @eah51 I had the VHS of that show! "The Who Rocks America 1982 Tour" from the Maple Leaf Gardens.

  • @texs2007 it is on dvd and cd.

  • "i ain't quiet....everybody else is too LOUD...."

    so true, Ox.

  • John Entwistle go old very fast around that time. Didn't he?
