Instead of doing 3 sets of 10 reps per exercise or whatever many of sets and reps done, you do each exercise for 4 minutes. Not 4 minutes non-stop.
4 minutes -- Resisted Pushups
4 minutes -- Double point chest press
4 minutes -- Resisted Fly Pushups
4 minutes -- Lying Biceps Curl arms Down
4 minutes -- Seated Preacher Curls
