麵糰材料:高筋麵粉500g、約45℃溫水270g、酵母粉4g、糖25g、鹽5g、橄欖油25g(一份7吋厚皮pizza約需麵糰200公克)
材料:洋蔥1/8杯、黃椒1/8杯、番茄1/8杯、荷包蛋1顆、起司1/2杯、巴西里粉、番茄義大利麵醬適量

先準備調理盆把水倒入,溫度最好約45度,這樣能讓酵母比較容易起作用,再倒入酵母等一下後再加入糖一起攪拌,之後再加入橄欖油攪拌後,
把麵粉、鹽加入,鹽會殺死酵母所以盡快攪拌成麵糰,之後用保鮮膜包住調理盆靜置約45分鐘,之後麵粉會膨脹兩倍大,再把麵糰壓一下把空氣壓出,再用切麵器切適量等份,慢慢­把麵糰揉開,揉好後在麵糰邊壓個邊出來,這樣之後淋醬料才不易流出,把麵皮放入抹油的烤盤上,先把烤箱預熱下火溫度約250度,時間約10分鐘,這樣就完成PIZZA皮,­之後就可以做早餐PIZZA,先塗上一層番茄義大利麵醬,再準備洋蔥、番茄、黃椒、起士、巴西里粉、荷包蛋,先加洋蔥、番茄、黃椒再把荷包蛋放上最後灑上起士,依個人喜好­添加各材料份量,之後再放進烤箱約10分鐘,取出後再灑上一些巴西里粉,這樣就完成好吃的厚皮PIZZA
