I believe this is the line-up on this song:
Personnel
Adam Gifford lead vocals
John Heller bass, vocals
Michael March drums, vocals
Matthew Shumway guitars, vocals
An LA band on a German record label. They sound like a mixture of XYZ, Cry Wolf, and Eyes. Good Los Angeles four piece who released this album on the German Dreamcatcher label. Music reminiscent of other 80/90's hair bands like XYZ, Trouble Tribe, and the dirtier side of Heavens Edge.

one of the Big Hollywood Sunset Strip Headliners that was supposed to "make it" in the 90's along with bands like, Tuff, Taz, Jailhouse, Brunette & Odin. In the few years prior, when bands like Motley Crue, Poison and Warrant had headlined the Country Club it was only a matter of time till they got signed but by the time Paradise was headlining and selling out, the Strip was dying and Seattle was rising. So, Paradise is probably best known for it's feud with valley band Pair A Dice. The Paradise vs. Pair A Dice war was even mentioned in SPIN magazine's anniversary Metal special (w/ Axl Rose on the cover) in 2002. In the end, only Paradise was left. ... Back in the day, the very first Paradise gig was at a Frat house at U.C.L.A. doin' half covers and half originals. But the first official professional show with all originals was St. Patrick's Day '87 @ Doug Weston's Troubador where Paradise drew more than the headliner! Paradise went through many lineup changes as they got larger (like adding Robbie Crane who is now in Ratt or Danny Wilder {R.I.P.} who went on to Tuff) . Soon, Paradise was headlining the world famous Gazzarri's, the Whisky A Go Go & the Roxy to sold out crowds!! Along the way Paradise opened for many of the great Sunset Strip Stars like Guns N Roses, Warrant, XYZ, Shark Island, Love Hate and others. Paradise showcased for every label in town and was passed on time and time again. Still, Paradise got bigger and bigger 'till they were selling out the 1000 seat Country Club! Eventually, they signed with a small German record label called Dream Circle and Jay Baumgardner (now known for Papa Roach, Evanescence and more) produced the Paradise debut at his NRG recording studios. While Paradise spent the next year recording their debut, the W. Hollywood police shut down the Sunset Strip, Bill Gazzarri died and Seattle rose to total music domination. In 1992 Paradise's debut cd, "Do or Die" was complete and though their kind of music had completely lost it's market in America, in Europe it was just blossoming. Booked throughout Europe for the first leg of the Bon Jovi tour and the 2nd leg of the Extreme tour, Paradise was still in a position to make some waves. But, just as the European magazine articles were beginning to be published - the band fell apart. The last 2 shows they ever played were in front of 17,000 screaming Germans at the Wakken Open Air Festival in the fall of 1992.
