  • @NickC1973 it's good for building strong and explosive mofos so that they can whip weak mofos who don't build strength and power through weight training.

  • Here's something that may help. Relax your fore arms a bit. Hook grip it, and then relax your arms. Somehow, it'll be enough to ensure the bar doesn't slip away.

    And when you split, throw the front foot further forward.
