I watched a few of the two minute videos from the premiere episode of "Curiosity" on the Discovery Chanel. I found one troubling in particular about cause and effect. Here's my response on it.

  • thats the reason why thay invented the stupid theory thay want to be thair own god

  • nothing cant blow up

  • hawking is bies

    the big bang is unproven

  • @tpeasetiger So that means you assert something absolute without absolute evidence of your god claim? You dont even understand Science if you think youre looking for absolute claims of something. Gravity isnt something thats absolute its something that we labeled to a thing and it would take something drastic to alter our knowledge of that....like Evolution....At this point you are just using flawed logic.

  • @tpeasetiger His image has become inflated with magic and commercialism, but he was a real person. That's a little beside the point though.

  • @tpeasetiger If God exists (which I've been advocating for, obviously), then he could be a being who cannot be observed by science. Just because he can't be observed does not mean he doesn't exist. I realize that you could take this statement and replace 'God' with anything else like Santa or Unicorns, but honestly the universe is so vast whose to say those entities don't exist in some far reach of space? And plus, Santa was a real person anyways (google it, I swear he was).

  • @mikeyg789 Basically, I think it's kind of funny how science makes a lot of claims about things we cannot observe while really it can only make claims about things we can observe.

  • @tpeasetiger I'd appreciate it if you answered my questions instead of just telling me I'm illogical.

  • @mikeyg789 To me, your line of thought sounds illogical. You haven't even addressed my statements before about multi dimensional beings and how both Einstein and Newton believed in some form of God to exist. All you've been drilling is that a belief in God is illogical and "pseudoscience." Science is the study of things we can observe. Science can't explain or discuss things we can't observe. Science solely relies on human beings ability to observe and judge.

  • @tpeasetiger I literally have been telling you why you've been illogical, you just have to read it. I dont know what else to say, youre unwilling to listen to me so I'll leave you alone. Peace out.
