03-11-08 Another Prohibited Public Comment At Lake Co Bd Mtg

In her second consecutive month of acts in violation of the Illinois Open Meeting Act and federally-protected First Amendment Freedom of Speech Rights, Lake County Board Chair Suzi Schmidt, in now confirmed conspiracy with the Lake County Judiciary, prohibited Dr. Sheila Mannix, co-founder of Illinois Family Court Accountability Advocates, from making a public comment about critical new information germane to the fiscal business of the Board and the professional duties and responsibilities of Board Members regarding corruption in Lake County's Family Court. Specifically, the Lake County Board is responsible for using Lake County taxpayers' dollars to finance the venue in which violations of state and federal laws are being perpetrated against innocent Lake County citizens through the Lake County Family Court in conspiracy with the State's Attorney's Office and Sheriff's Office in direct violation of the Illinois Wrongs to Children Act and federal RICO law as defined by 18 USC § 1961. [Taxpayers' funds from 27% of their budget or $105.2 million dollars.] A one-hour weekly radio show in Waukegan on this issue will be commencing shortly. Details will be forthcoming.
