1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (Yellow)
1/4 Cup Onion
1 Cup Black Beans
1/4 Cup Quick Oats
Salt & Pepper
1 TBSP. Olive Oil
1 TSP. Cumin
1 TBSP. Tamari or Soy Sauce
1 Slice of Toasted Bread
1-2 Cloves Garlic
