THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

@imaneelbadaoui I don't what you did but it was perfect for me, unlike C++ for Dummies who included CodeBlocks but not the compiler.

Hey i really need help. Here's the problem: I write the codes, the same as you did and when i go BUILD (Compile) it wont work, it does nothing. And when i go to RUN it say " It seems that this file has not been built yet. Do you want to build it now?" I go to yes it just cancels and you are back to your codes, but when i go to No it opens a black window and "returned..." and then down it shows me a red message: Process terminated with status -1073741510 ( 2 min....)" Please help me ! ! ! !!

thanks, ran into this same problem... watched your vid.. problem solved

Thanks a ton! Your video helped me with a lot of issues I was having installing and getting it to work right. Cheers.

@gpcipanema Still need help with mac version also. Seems like the installation is much different and the file size of the mac version is the same as that of the wrong PC version.
-
@dcforemanuk I blame the program for the error. The installer is supposed to make it work. Not force people to search through the settings for an "Auto-detect" button.

Thank you very much! This fixed my problem.

Anymore C++ tuts coming our way? Also any news on what is going to be in Darkprinciples 2?

@clongoram DarkPRINCIPLES 2.0 has been under development for exactly 11 days, so it's got a ways to go yet! In the mean time, no. No new C++ tutorials will be produced for the next six months at least.

@imaneelbadaoui A bad programmer will always blame his tools before he blames himself. There's nothing wrong with Code::Blocks or this solution. Simply look at the rest of the comments, and understand users will more often post a failure than a success. As this solution has been tested by more than a thousand users, the logical conclusion is that you're not paying attention, and still downloading the wrong installer. So watch the video again, pay attention, and get the right version! :D
