Ryuusei no Rockman 3: Giga Cards

All 21 Giga cards, plus the 2 event cards in RnR 3.

I didn't put descriptions for some of the Gigas cards because there isn't much to say about them in addition to their element—they didn't have any attributes and/or they didn't do anything else in addition to what you see them do (they didn't pierce invisibility, paralyze, freeze, etc.).

On a side note, for those of you who think you'll be able to spam Gigas in this game like in SF2, you'll be dismayed at the new battle system/custom screen, because it prevents Giga spamming ^_^
