"Sparks" by Coldplay

Cover of the song "Sparks" by Coldplay.

All instruments, vocals performed by David Biggs.

I've got some more Radiohead, Collective Soul, Oasis, and Tonic covers in the works- but I wanted to finish this song first, one that I often play at Open Mics, etc.

This song is not being played exactly the way that Coldplay performs it.. I didn't have a capo on hand, so I just played it without.

For anyone that reads these descriptions, please let me know if you think the guitar tone sounds better or worse than in the "Cast No Shadow" cover.. This time I just mic'd the guitar, and usually I record it straight into the computer. I'd appreciate the input, thanks!

So you're saying because he changed the key, he can't play guitar? Singers do that all the time. He is wise to sing within his key. I'm not saying you can't play, but he does fairly well as where you have no video.

it sounds good man but its easy to get it to sound good when u record it all separately....do it live!! for real it sounds good though, chack out my version please. im brand new to youtube and this song, need ratings...peace
